Race Rules & Regulations
* A Parental Release Form is REQUIRED for any racer under the age of 18 years.
* Officials always have the FINAL say.
* Mick Memorial Park is not responsible for any accidents, or any stolen or damaged property.
* Safety is very important & taken seriously.
* All ATV's operated throughout the park will be courteous.
* Drivers will wear helmets & slow speeds are required.
* We ask that all racers & spectators show sportsman like conduct at all times in order to make this event the best it can be.
RACE RULES:
* Drivers have two minutes to get to the race line once their number is called.
* Drivers must have leather shoes above the ankles, helmets buckled & eye protection.
* Drivers must keep both hands on the handle bars.
* No Refunds once the race has begun.
* No three wheelers allowed to race.
* All ATV's must pass tech.
* Keep speed low in pits & return lane.
* Jumping the lights or going out of your lane, will result in loss.
* Display numbers on FRONT of ATV.
* $200 Protest Fee-If the ATV is legal, then the person torn down keeps the $200. If Illegal, then the protestor gets their $200 back.
